SYSTEM
LIFT
GENERAL MAIN COMPONENTS SPECIFICATIONS DIMENSION DRAWINGS
All lift movements are controlled by proportional valves and protected against hose breakage by protection valves. The directional valves are placed on the swing console and are normally operated by an electrical system, but can also be manually maneuvered from ground level e.g. in emergency situations. The lift can also be lowered through manually controlled shut-of valves placed on the console.
Operating the lift is normally done through a digital control system that automatically smooth´s the operators stick movements resulting in soft accelerations and decelerations. This also means that inexperienced operators after short training can operate the vehicle. Parallel with the digital system there is an analog system that can be used if the digital system fails. This make it possible that if malfunctions occur still operate the lift, but with reduced speeds and greater safety for the operator.
The lift can be lowered in two more ways if the engine has stopped. One is to start the
electrical hyd.pump and use the normal system and the second is to press a button on the
control panel that opens an hydraulic valve through which oil is dumped from the lifting
cylinder to the tank.
LT 10, 20, 30
This unit consists of a main boom that is controlled by a hydraulic
cylinder and attached to a console at the rear of the vehicle. The basket is kept in a
horizontal position by a mechanical system.
LT 11, 21, 31
The same as LT 10, 20, 30 but includes side swing. The swing console is
connected to the vehicle through bearings, and turned by two hydraulic cylinders.
LT 22, 32
The same as LT 21, 31 but also includes an inner extension boom. This means a considerable higher reach. The basket which is coupled to the extension boom is kept in a horizontal position by a hydraulic master/slave system.
